It's a really awesome mouse! I had it after the Apple Magic Mouse 2 and in a lot of things the Genius is better. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it has a built-in 500 mAh battery and charges via USB-C, which was not mentioned in the description (the USB-C to USB-A cable is included, but not the socket adapter). The left and right buttons have a special silent mechanism, which they also don't mention (but not for the other buttons). I thought I would be bothered by the multi-coloured backlighting, but it turned out to be quite a nice feature. The backlight turns on for about 1 minute during idle time, it glows very softly and had a calming effect on me. Switching between devices works flawlessly. I tried the mouse with my iPhone and it worked absolutely great. I would totally fall in love with this mouse if it wasn't so tiny. It was the size of it that I overlooked. I'm an average guy, 174 cm tall, 42 feet, but I can't grip the mouse with my whole hand. I compared it to other mice I've ever had and found that it was always at least 1 cm shorter and also considerably narrower. Another thing is the narrow left and right buttons - they are exactly the width of the finger and thus limit the hand position a lot. There's a little thumb rest on the left side. It is comfortable, but after comparing it to other mice, I realized that for me personally, it is more comfortable when my thumb touches the table. I quickly noticed that the narrow buttons and thumb rest made it a little difficult for me to comfortably grip that mouse after I type something on the keyboard. I would assume it would be more suited to someone who has experience with ergonomic mice, which I don't. Just as I was finishing writing this review, I noticed a label on the box that says this mouse is designed for laptops, people with smaller hands, and for use in confined spaces. I can totally confirm this - it would be absolutely perfect as a travel mouse or as a mouse for use on the couch with a smart TV. Unfortunately, I need a comfortable office mouse and I will have to return this mouse.
