8 hours a day on your feet at work and half the time standing in one place. In work boots, feet and heels in particular experience all nine circles of hell over time. I have tried several types of orthopaedic insoles and despite the fact that I did not have high hopes for these Works Plus, the opposite turned out to be true. My legs just don't hurt. It took a few days for the inserts to "break in" apparently, but now it is a real relief for the feet. And despite the fact that, of course, every man is an original, I can only recommend these inserts.
