After reading previous reviews, I was a little worried. Anyway, in short, the instructions are fine see photo, especially for someone who has already glued glass to the phone. Gluing is no problem, just a bit of a titty job, so for someone with bigger fingers it will be a struggle. You can hardly see the foil. Council: after sticking the first part (point 4), it is necessary to continue to hold this part with your finger to prevent it from peeling off. Otherwise, the installation is fine.
Council 2: the watch must be perfectly cleaned, because after sticking the film can no longer peel off without damage, which for example with the phone glass it can. You have to keep in mind that it is a film, not glass.
Instructions are clear, see photo.
Sticks nicely, bubbles disappear.
Two glasses in the package, one training glass for the less skilled.
It's tiny all over, I can't imagine what it looks like on a Watch 38 for example, it's going to be tricky for larger hands.

I take this product as a scam, when gluing according to the manual the first piece was destroyed, when repeating and finding the error on the second attempt the same result.
Waste of money.

I have to buy new foils, even though there were two in the package.
Completely inaccurate installation when following the instructions. Both foils moved when the last foil was peeled off, so devalued.
Waste of money.
Moreover, the dimensions do not fit exactly, 1-2mm of foil on each side does not cover the watch.
