For a small garden, to collect leaves from pebbles is enough. It's not that heavy.
I don't know yet.

price, cheap option to start with
great for kids and playing while doing a little cleaning in the garden
massive but only hobby design for occasional fun
weak motor suitable only as a blower rather than as a vacuum cleaner¨
if you want to work I recommend something stronger
it is harder to clean the vacuum cleaner and shredder chamber and it takes longer to clean the clogged chamber

a lot of music for little money, fully sufficient for a normal garden, blows and vacuums even leaves from the walnut tree (not wet, of course - that's a completely different price category)
the hinge of the bag is so strange but with a little effort one can find a comfortable position

He's doing what he's supposed to do.
I don't know, I've had it for a while.
