It's not obvious from the description or the photos, but besides 360 degree rotation, it can also be tilted in all directions to find the right position. At the same time, the adjustment is stiff enough that it doesn't move while driving. I was very pleased with the packaging, a thick cardboard box and just a mirror in it. A ton of bags and leaflets.
