He's doing his job. Quiet, RGB can be turned off. But I don't have much confidence that it will last long. The material looks quite fragile. It's gonna break right out of warranty anyway.

Adjustable speed
The build quality is not great. The entire weight of the laptop is supported by a thin metal bar that simply detaches from the stand. The bar itself rests on a fairly thin piece of plastic.

Design
After about a month of use, the usb port in my new notebook went out. The pad (its led lighting) started to flicker, the fans stopped spinning. I use it only through the powerbank, because I have only two usb ports and I don't want to risk it anymore.
