This extension of the Gratus makes vacuuming very easy, which will be appreciated by e.g. those who buy quality hams in bulk or make their own and store them again after each cut. It's also perfect for fresh herbs that you want to use within a few days. I have successfully cooked in bags using the sous vide method, which was really great compared to the otherwise necessary sealing. In addition, the bags can be reused.
