I think it's ideal for floating floors or tiles. You walk around the room with it occasionally, then knock out the jar and you're done. It's also quite fun in the evening with the led lighting. From time to time it is enough to clean the filter with compressed air or vacuum it with a large vacuum cleaner and it is as good as new again.
