It says it can handle a room up to 40m2, I have it in a 20m2 room and it doesn't handle it at all
The sensor to check the humidity in the room is right at the steam outlet, I've never seen a bigger stupidity, I don't understand why they didn't put it directly into the water tank, so of course the sensor doesn't sense the real humidity in the room, but right at the steam outlet, so every 10-15min it turns off and it can't be set differently.
So in the end, not only does it absolutely fail to humidify a room 2x smaller than the manufacturer says it should, but it also shuts off every 10-15 min, even though I have the humidity monitoring set, so it should turn itself back on when it drops below the set level, but that doesn't happen unless you manually turn it on yourself, so it never turns itself on.
