The cap leaks. The plastic ring at the end of the cap probably prevents it from being tightened fully. I removed it after opening and it seems to have stopped leaking now.

It’s brilliant for cleaning keyboards and mice – the grease comes off straight away; you simply can’t get these plastic parts this clean any other way
Warning: this may cause key labels to fade if they are not double-shot
find out which plastics degrade and which do not
A bottle that has leaked a little will arrive, but only slightly
The lid isn’t 100% airtight; the contents might evaporate for everyone
The ingredients aren’t listed on the packaging; it looks as though someone has been bottling it at home from a barrel

If you specifically need 99.9% isopropyl alcohol, I do not recommend this product. Furthermore, during storage, the liquid leaks out through the leaky cap. When delivered to a branch, an Alzabox or your home, you will never receive a full 1L – it leaks.
Faulty lid – not sealing properly
The product does not correspond to genuine 99.9% isopropyl alcohol
the liquid evaporates through the lid

Beware, the bottle does not have a seal in the cap, so it leaked a bit during transport. Otherwise, the product is ok.
