My first wireless headphones so not really sure what to do with them. They fall out of my ear and when I put them back in, I think I touch the plate and the headphones go silent. Other times, after a few taps, I hear that noise cancellation is on, but I didn't notice any difference.

The case has a better shape than other shapeless drops that don't grip and is very compact (more angular headphones are also easier to hold in the fingers. Optional elastic bands around the perimeter of each earpiece, with or without earcups, offer the opportunity to increase comfort and fit even further. The freely available app positively surprised with many possibilities. The firmware update of the headphones was automatic - only on confirmation, it also went to reject.
