Dyson products are not bad, and this vacuum cleaner is not bad either. But if you need any support, or to deal with a claim or spare part, stay strictly with Alza. The support on dyson.cz is literally horrible, the website is insane, there is no call center, the chat is almost non-functional, it is obviously manned by non-English speaking people who use an online translator. If after an hour (I'm not kidding) of chatting, the operator understands the matter and promises you something (contact back, spare part, etc. ), it is absolutely guaranteed not to happen. I haven't seen that in a really long time. I have written this review twice on the vacuum cleaner because I have two Dyson vacuum cleaners: -) Hopefully the company will wake up.

The Dyson V15s Detect Submarine is a great vacuum cleaner that impressed me with its combination of powerful vacuuming and effective wet cleaning. It handles dust, hair and dried-on dirt perfectly, and thanks to smart sensors, you can always be sure that the floor is really clean. The modern design and easy handling are just a nice bonus.
I'm satisfied beyond measure I've been using it for about 1 month and not once have I had to take off tangled hair after vacuuming the floor feels cleaner and nicer about the mop here it's worse after each use the roller with the cloth must be left to dry so it must be constantly played after every mopping the mop head has to be disassembled and cleaned I expected more from it, but it's better to take it more than once then wash it and then again I wanted to use it for dog urine but it can't be used then the urine stinks all over the mopped room and the smell of the rag is eternal

I mainly wanted it to remove Jack Russell's hair from the seat. He has these hard hairs that get stuck and can't get out properly. Ikea's glue roller is probably the most effective, but I don't have fun with it and there's a lot of consumption. A conventional vacuum cleaner can't handle the hair at all. This vacuum cleaner so about 30%, I expected more. But in the final analysis, this vacuum cleaner is probably fine. The main advantage is that I'm not dragging a cable behind me. It vacuums the parquet nicely (except around the furniture, because it doesn't suck that much, rather the roller is spinning and it doesn't reach there), the carpet is good too (it pulled out so much dust and fluffed it slightly, but it's quite a demanding job, because the spinning roller increases the resistance a bit - it would probably give a petite woman a lot of work). The mop is not very good, it rather soaks the floor and does not remove the dryer stains. I still need to figure out what kind of prep to put in there, it might help. The rotary lint roller looks decent, picked up a few hairs but not all. But it's more the coat, which is very durable. The rod for tight spaces is not much, it is very short. And the tube with bristles is not so great either, it seemed to me that it sucked a little and I was more wiping the "mess" than vacuuming, but I will try again. I'm still considering buying a car vacuum attachment, because not everywhere can fit the vacuum cleaner itself, so I need a hose. The size of the container was also discussed somewhere and for a 3+1 apartment (2x carpet, 2x lino, 1x parquet, 1x tile) the size is just right. But in the end, it's probably fine and it'll be a good partner.
