A very good addition to the DJI Osmo Action4 camera, besides better sound, as I wrote in the +, it has a great feature that can remotely turn on and off the recording of the camera, so it can also be used instead of the remote control. In addition, the software in the camera can completely set up the MIC2 after connection, including 32bit FP. So as someone wrote here, that without a receiver it can not, so if you have a camera so with it you set everything. The DJI MIC complements the DJI Osmo Action perfectly. The internal memory for 14hrs of recording (as a recorder) at 24bit and 11hrs at 32bit RAW recording just adds to the usefulness. It is worth using it as a backup when recording, in case the connection goes down, then the video can be added post-synchronously. The MIC2 is saved in WAV format and when connected to a PC it looks like a regular flash drive.

I bought the TX because it says it's a microphone, but it's useless without the receiver. You can't control it and you have to do all sorts of tricks to get it to record at all.
