Set D-Link DHP-509AV PowerLine uses the electrical wiring for extension of the existing network. All electrical outlet connected to the same electrical system thus turns into a potential network connection. In the kit you will find two adapters, so nothing prevents you begin to network with PowerLine technology used immediately.

The installation is very simple, it consists of simply inserting the adapter into an electrical outlet and a connection to a computer using a network cable. Press the special button to configure the encryption key for secure network access. Thus created connection can transfer data at speeds up to 500 Mb / s. These adapters support the Quality of Service, which enables high-quality IP telephony, for example, or smooth streaming HD video.
