If you want 64GB of RAM in a regular laptop, there aren't many other options.
I used a different version (with a lower frequency) for 64 GB RAM in the ThinkPad E590 notebook, which officially supports max. 32GB.

I got 2Rx8 modules (which Crucial obscurely states is guaranteed) - e.g. on AMD CPUs can bring up to 20% performance uplift compared to x16 (I changed x16 myself and got +17% on non-synthetic benchmark)
Memory features are not adequately described here (but tbh Crucial has nasty sites too)
He'll test his modules, give it time. I got one that was defective. Use memtest86 and don't even bother with windows memcheck
