I really don't know how to connect BT headphones to a PC (not a laptop, which have integrated digits and work well) so that there is no big delay. Unusable for gaming or watching videos. It's probably only good for making phone calls, if it works at all.

The dongle (adapter) works via bluetooth, but it supports *only* A2DP, AVRCP and HFP audio profiles. This means that if you want to use it for your desktop computer that doesn't have bluetooth, for example to connect wireless headphones and mouse (or keyboard, etc. ), you'll burn out with a mouse.
