The product was difficult to connect to the app on my phone from the beginning. When it finally succeeded, after a day or so the connection lost itself and could not be reestablished. The customer support on mail is totally unsatisfactory and miserable. I couldn't call anyone, I couldn't consult anyone, the advice by email was useless and everything was lengthy. Product claimed.
