For the first time, Alza was severely disappointed, the originally ordered washing machine with a discount, they secured with the supplier for almost a week, then they wrote that it was no longer available. They said they tried to call me, I don't know where, I didn't have any missed calls. I asked for a discount on another selected washing machine, the communication by e-mail was slow, we finally bought another washing machine and a few days later, a statement came that there would be no discount. Today I received an email that the goods (the unavailable washing machine) are secured for us and the app says that the sale is over. So literally a comedy, I don't get it. For us, it's deceiving customers.
