The baskets are rather unfortunately designed. The claws to hold the plates are short, so deep plates don't hold in them, not to mention the bowls.
The top basket is unnecessarily shallow, the wine glasses lean over the edge, risking breakage.
The same applies to the cutlery basket. Heavier knives tend to fall over the edge
No display, one does not know how much is left until the end of the washing process
The pictorial instruction manual is a matter for mystery solvers. Fortunately, you can download a manual in human language from the manufacturer's website.
