I'm about 181 cm, and I fit nicely in the sleeping bag.
The sleeping bag has a drawstring around your head, so it hugs your head nicely, although it's a bit of work when you're already locked in like a mummy.
Another drawstring is around the neck + there is reinforced material to prevent cold air from getting into the sleeping bag to the body.
I haven't slept out in it yet, but I believe it will be better than what I've had so far ( Willard wally )
