I bought this treadmill as a "rehabilitation tool" to move my old body, because after years the trouble of an old fracture around my knee came back. I thought I would have to force myself to ride the exercise bike, but the opposite is true - I really look forward to the ride every day. so I definitely recommend it to everyone - even the older ones. This treadmill is really great!
