I was buying for my parents to listen to music - so I only have a short personal experience but they are highly praised by the person gifted them - they had not heard better quality music until then. I myself have the Sennheiser Momentum 3 - I prefer the sound of the Sennheiser Momentum 3 (I found it fuller) but the comfort was much higher with the B&W. However, I can confidently say that I would happily own these headphones as well. The only thing that puzzled me with a brand like B&W is their app, which was somewhat "empty". Missing were profiles for different genres of music or an assistant with Equalizer. Sennheiser has for example also "High-end Tuning" which really helps the headphones to open up the "sound stage". I think these are great headphones - sound pleasant - extremely comfortable - design-wise - I recommend them
The earmuffs are very comfortable even for a person with a large head (XL cap)
The sound is of course very pleasant
The design is great materials too
The app doesn't allow as many settings as say Sennheiser (it's been around longer but I believe it doesn't have profiles for EDM or Classical music for example)

For me, it's sonically a downgrade from the B&O H95s, which broke after two years of daily use, and in the meantime their price has increased so much that I find it fundamentally absurd to give that money for them. So I'm very spoiled and I'll be comparing mainly against them. Sound-wise, flawlessly clear sound that loses a bit in the treble compared to what I was used to. The quality of workmanship is impeccable and higher than that of the H95. Comfort is at a comparable level. What disappointed me a lot is how they can be heard from outside at maximum volume. Considering that the headphones don't even cost half of that, it's really a very good product that didn't disappoint me in the end.

I have had the headphones for a few months now and I have to say that I am very satisfied. First impressions after switching from much cheaper headphones were really great and the detail in the music is really something on a whole different level compared to 1/4 price headphones, which is to be expected. The headphones have great workmanship, no low-quality material can be felt, nothing squeaks, does not whistle, on the contrary, they have a very pleasant feeling. ANC and Transparent mode is perfectly sufficient for me - compared to say Sony ANC, which I find so strong as to be uncomfortable, this is so ideally between good noise blocking and comfort, when used for casual wear at home or commute to work/school. You just have to take into account that the headphones are not completely made for the outdoors, so whenever the weather gets a bit more inclement, it's not entirely suitable for headphones - on the contrary, home listening is excellent.
Amazing detailed sound
Higher emphasis on the bass component
Optimal battery life
Quality workmanship
Pressure
The sensor to remove the headphones is sometimes confused

Wonderful sound, top quality workmanship, soft fit on the ears, I sleep in them all night and don't mind them despite being a bit big for the night: -)

I was really looking forward to the headphones, I spent dozens of hours reading various reviews. I have had a perfect experience with this brand for a long time. Unfortunately - quite disappointing. First of all, the necessity to use the B&W application for pairing, but it does practically nothing. So be it. I thought there was some sort of volume limit by default, there isn't. The headphones sound really quiet for my taste. I would need about a third to a half more power, I like to listen to my favourite songs really loud sometimes. That's not possible here. Probably due to some EU regulation, I have no idea. Too bad, the inverters would definitely have done the trick. The sound itself in wireless operation is not downright bad, but not downright great either. It's so unforced and smooth, it lacks dynamism. If you connect them to a signal source via USB-C, the sound becomes as clear as if you'd pulled back a curtain. Even the volume is subjectively a bit higher. For comparison, I set up my maybe two-decade-old Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro and an external DAC with hearing. with an amplifier, if I'm not deaf already. I can't hear. The sound is suddenly bright and sparkling, as if you've pulled back a heavy theatre curtain, compared to B&W. Maybe B&W would get a bit of a roll out after a while, but I really don't want to wait for that. I don't know what people who describe the sound of these B&Ws in superlatives are used to hearing, but this is really disappointing at the price level. I can't evaluate the ambient noise cancellation or the microphone quality, I didn't even get to test them. As much as I regret it, I'll be returning them.
quality materials used
perfect processing
really hilarious design
low power (volume)
sound I expected better at this price level
they're pretty much clutching their heads
quite a lot of weight, but this is probably due to the materials used
short attached handcuffs
