I was installing in conjunction with a locksmith and he raved about the workmanship. The size can only be adjusted very roughly, and the latch has to be in a fixed position, so the outer part of the latch sticks out almost an inch from the fitting. We had to buy new fittings because the insert cannot be threaded through the fittings with the overlay. We were also surprised to find that atypical C123A batteries are required for operation, which are not included. The plus side is the connection to the Tuya app, but without the gateway you'll only get it working via bluetooth. Don't expect the engine to turn the key by itself. After authorization in one of the ways, you have to turn the whole lock yourself. TImeout can be set, the default 5 seconds is not enough, I recommend 8 seconds. You would need to re-authorise to lock from the outside, so I recommend a ball fitting for installation. At the same time, don't expect to be able to tell remotely if your lock is physically locked. As a result, it's definitely a change for the better, the fingerprint is reliable and the lightening of the pocket for keys is great. But if you want to go for a more professional solution, go for Nuki, which is priced higher though.
