For me, unsatisfactory ergonomics
do not stick in the ears, fall out when moving
They don't insulate from ambient noise, maybe good for running, useless for me.
Ugly look
Slow and cumbersome charging.
I returned them and got the Beat x for a similar price, which sound similarly good but have more efficiency (volume), incomparably better ergonomics, and are a lot nicer.
