It is adjusted so that it fits precisely on the worktop. This also brings the advantage that, for example, there is a separate drawer for cutlery at the top of the dishwasher, so the cutlery basket takes up no space in the dishwasher and the dishwasher is significantly more spacious.
The 60x80 IKEA cover panel fits exactly on the dishwasher, there is no need to buy any additional attachments, the panel is moved directly by the system on the dishwasher door when opening. ATTENTION: A handle must be installed on the panel, otherwise the dishwasher cannot be opened.
Very quiet operation - both during the washing process and when pumping water in or out of the machine. Compared to the previous dishwasher, a really significant difference.
The controls are very intuitive, with the control panel neatly tucked away inside the edge of the door behind the panel so it doesn't interfere with the kitchen design. The range of washing programmes and combinations is wide enough - we mostly wash in the accelerated hour mode anyway.
A huge benefit in the form of automatic door opening after the end of the washing programme! There is no need to wait until the end of the wash to open the dishwasher.
The pictorial installation manual is clear and you will eventually see why some of the steps are implemented, but a short comment in the margin of the page would probably be useful. But that's just a detail, you really can install a dishwasher without previous experience with installing similar appliances.
Caution - Prepare a T20 torx bit or T20 torx screwdriver for installation. A standard bit will not be enough - when fixing the cover panel to the dishwasher, you need to fit the panel into the slots and tighten it from the side of the dishwasher door by pushing the screwdriver through a relatively narrow slot where the extended socket on the screwdrivers will not go to fix the bit. Hence the extended bit.
