We bought the blender to replace a long-standing predecessor of the same brand that combined a whisk, kneader and stick blender. The great thing was that the manufacturer hasn't changed the stick blender since then, so we had two working attachments.
Even when other brands advertise more paper power, it has always handled everything.
A great yet simple thing is the twisted cable, which makes handling the device much easier.
The main problem turned out to be the whisk. We have claimed it 4 times, until the refund. Always the top rod bulged and eventually snapped. During the last complaint, even with such a bulging rod, a replaced part came, still originally sealed in plastic.
The engine's burned up, too. It was still functional, but the device smelled like burnt electronics.
They always acknowledged the complaint and replaced the part.
