Tragedy
You can throw it away and use something else for cleaning
Wet cleaning of hard floors often does not work. A layer of dirty water remains on the floor that cannot be vacuumed up. So the vacuum cleaner makes a much bigger mess, which then has to be wiped up by hand.
Vacuuming the carpet absolutely tragic. It just pulls the dog hair from place to place and doesn't vacuum. Any cheap vacuum cleaner under a grand works better.
It's pretty heavy for being unusable.
