When I tried to apply, support could not be activated at DELL.
ALZA has so far argued over and over again that support must be applied to DELL.
DELL cannot accept the support because the warranty on the laptop has already expired according to the terms of business between ALZA and DELL, even though the laptop is legally still under warranty.
Time is running out, the end of the warranty is approaching and service is not in sight.
