Easy to operate and fold. It's a bigger lamp, I'm folding and unfolding it every morning at the moment. It takes a few seconds.
In winter, regularly in the morning for about 30 min. that helps me at least. Like a little holiday by the sea without the travelling. Overall cheaper.
Quality, design.

There aren't more light settings, at least I haven't found them, but the light is strong and I don't miss those settings. I also had a lamp with settings. I don't see that much of an advantage. It could also be used as a normal lamp, it was round, but again therapeutically this one is better in design.
