I put it in my backpack and when I took it out, it was covered in coffee. Subsequently, I found out that the seal between the neck and the dispenser was broken. It's not damaged, it's factory made that way, so it will flow to everyone. All it takes is a "slight tilt" for the liquid to get to the neck where it flows out, and then when you put the thermos back upright, what got past the neck flows out. And my backpack is dyed brown.
