worked
after 9 months, the cable inside the usb c connector has chewed up and practically does not charge. the original MSI laptop usb c charger has a thicker cable and of course it holds. i.e. I've changed two chargers - home / work and this one lasted only "4,5 months" with my laptop. I hardly travel and I'm decent about things.
