So far only Macbook Pro with ARM (Apple Silicon) can do it, although the graphics there probably won't reach the performance of RTX4xxx, you can't play much games there anyway, but the balancing makes more sense, although macOS again has flaws and shortcomings that perhaps even Windows XP didn't have. Furthermore, for the price of the product I would expect a quality backlight, which is not the case here (additional pictograms on the keys are hard to identify).
