The seat is quite hard, I just transferred the foam squares from the previous chair, but at this price the padding could be more substantial, especially if the chair claims a weight capacity of up to 145 kg (I don't have that much), where people must be pushing it for longer sitting.
Similarly, for tall people, the highest adjustable seat height may not be enough, but the back is very long. At 168 cm, when sitting with my back to the foot/heel rest, my feet are about 1.5 cm above the floor - I'm not sure if the same proportion would work for a 190 cm tall man.
It's not a problem for me, but for taller/heavier people I would highly recommend trying the chair out first. (On the other hand, I feel like it's one of the roomiest chairs on the market, so it's hard to say if there's a better alternative, at least at the same price point. )
