Great value for money, vs: durability and high airflow = good cooling = good cheap brand.
P12 is probably the most used for CPU coolers. Especially when you put two fans on the radiator.
I only use fans marked "CO" because they have a long life in any position.
Thanks to the low price, you can easily replace one fan every 1-2 years.

If this fan is set to be sucked into the case and there is some obstruction in the front at higher speed 50%+ there is whistling air, supposedly it is turbulence. the problem can be solved with a "spacer" I had a 15mm spacer 3D printed and it solved the problem. it's worth the extra work.
you have to prepare your case a little bit for that kind of performance.
