I returned the lock, I cannot recommend it. It had a very uncomfortable operation when opening manually. Feeling much worse than the first generation lock from Switchbot. Possibly a defective piece, but other reviews of the reader/keyboard version suggest that other users have mechanical problems as well.

The castle is not surprising. It looks the same as other locks, installs the same as other locks and does the same as other locks. Integration into the app was easy, at first.
