I hit the limit of 20 Aqara Zigbee devices at the Aqara M-100 hub. Migration to the new M3 hub in the mobile app was easy, all connected Aqara devices including automation were transferred. Now I could connect two more devices (22 in total), which was not possible with the M-100 hub. Moreover, I now have it connected via 5GHz wifi, which the M-100 could not do. So far I am satisfied, I will see next year when I will connect Thread/Matter devices.

The big problem I see is that it says ZIGBEE, ZIGBEE, but you can't connect any such third party device directly to the Hub. For example, at IKEA TRETAKT you are out of luck.
This Hub does not solve if you want to remotely add users to the lock, temporary pins, etc. Activation of the lock keypad (pressing any key) is always required during setup. They present it as a feature for security reasons, but it lacks any use for remote access management to the apartment.
