Even after the replacement, the second piece had the same problem, which was partially solved by replacing the adapter. I absolutely do not recommend it for people who are looking for high-quality sound in their audio.

Good phono preamplifier. To listen in adequate Hi-Fi quality, you need to connect the turntable with a very good cable with full 100% shielding (! ), designed exclusively for turntable with MM cartridges. Otherwise, you may be disappointed by significant hum. It's not the fault of the device but of a bad choice of poor quality CINCH cable.
Very good

Works as it should, sound is OK
Same sound quality, but half the price of the competing Pro-Ject, which I've had for a couple of years, but overall didn't play many hours before it went away. Well, hopefully it'll be better here
Warning - only for MM transmission (which my old Tesla has)
Simple, functional
Good price, hopefully it will keep working (my competing Pro-Ject went away and didn't record many hours for me)

if you think that you only need a preamplifier to run your turntable that doesn't have one built in, you're wrong, I bought a crappy cheap turntable without a preamp when I started with turntables. To turn on the turntable, however, it was necessary to buy the reciever and the amplifier itself. if you want to start with turntables, buy a turntable with a "line" input and simply connect it to the active speakers with one cable. that's the easiest
