At about 150 times the price of the Apple products I use, its price is negligible. Over the years, I gradually bought various microfiber cloths. Ordinary, even branded, original, Swedish and even more expensive than Apple Cloth. Yes, the glass on the windows, the car, or the mirrors clean quite well, but the Mac monitor appeared (sometimes less, sometimes more) after using them on the surface of fine smudges.
After a few strokes of an apple cloth, there are no smudges. Finally, I have a clean monitor to my satisfaction. It' s not a miracle at all, it just works the way it should. I' ll see how reliable it will be after the wash, but users who got it packaged with the Apple monitor a few years ago still praise it today.
I think price is a very relative term. If I look at a CD as a few grams of plastic with some reflective film, it' s also just an expensive piece of plastic. But if the CD carrier brings me satisfaction when using it, then I accept the price and do not perceive it as a piece of plastic.
