pointless if your hearing is sensitive
more comfortable than some headphones i've tried
without noise cancelling they create an echo like a seashell
noise cancelling only removes that echo, outside sounds are barely reduced
they press on my head so firmly it's painful

The first thing I want to say is that overall the headphones are very good. They don't press on the head even after a long time and there is plenty of room in them. ANC is above standard for its class, but don't expect Sony XM5 type levels. The microphones are absolutely fine and again I would say you won't find better in their category (CH-720N, live 660NC, sennheiser Accentum) and the other party had no problem hearing me even on a busy street where there was construction going on. However, where the headphones gave me pause is the look. I honestly feel like a shrek in them with how wide they are. Another shortcoming, but not a significant one, is the sound. Out of the box, the sound was so strange. HearID helped a lot with what soundcore offers in their app, but even then I had to tweak things. In the end, they can turn out a pretty nice sound for their price and what they can do. However, even so, some of the instruments are all together and sometimes you have no idea about them or they are completely in the background. However, there is no major problem with most of the tracks and the sound is quite pleasantly spacious. However, you can find better sounding headphones from sennheiser in its price range. I'm returning the headphones in the end because I'm mostly concerned with sound and appearance. However, if you are looking for excellent headphones for your money and they are within your budget so don't hesitate. There's not much to fault them for.

Large ear space, does not squeeze
great for listening in the office
app
unusable for public transport or any kind of movement. the headphones still try to tune the sound even with adaptive ANC turned off, but the result is terribly distracting. In the subway, the sound is constantly changing, fluctuating, hurting my ears. Headphones returned.

I bought these for ANC because I often study in a busy study room or library and I have to say they work great. I set the button in the app to switch between transparent and ANC only, and when I turn on ANC it's like the whole studio turns off. I can only recommend them for peace of mind when studying.
ANC works great
pretty good sound
foldable, housing
very high battery capacity
they're big enough, sometimes I'd make them a little smaller and I'd find that they're completely tight
ANC is low frequency, so noise and the sound of engines or traffic cancels out perfectly, but if someone is sitting next to you and talking loudly, you will hear them (but this is acknowledged on the packaging: ) )

Bottom line, I bought the headphones for two reasons, sound and comfort. Neither impressed me, the sound was about 6 out of 10 and I'm still good and there was no comfort. They kept falling off, they didn't wrap around my ears enough to hold them on, so the ANC didn't work very well. The ANC was good, it worked as it should, but it gave me a headache, so nothing for me. When I compare it sonically with the Marshall Major II these can go buried and when I compare it with the small earbuds from Bang & Olufsen beoplay EQ so BO is a whole other dimension in terms of everything against the Soundcore Q45.
They look good for the price
Swivel earpieces
They have a case and not some useless bag
Good ANC
Long battery life
They were comfortable, nothing scratched or squeaked
They were very big, they kept falling out of my ears, both in height and width
Shuddering sound, like I'm submerged in water
The ANC was quite annoying to the point of giving me a headache, fortunately it could be adjusted, but even on the lowest setting there was a high unpleasant frequency and pressure in my ears, but it worked fine.

I decided to buy a better one, but also at a higher price, mainly for the better sound. I would describe the Space Q45 as doing everything well at a good price. The biggest weakness is the sound, which I would still consider commensurate with the price. I had to play around with the equalizer a lot. The Hear ID feature was very useful, but even so, it wasn't quite right. I'm spoiled for K702 at home and wanted something better outside the home as well. Unlike plugs, they at least have some sense of space, it doesn't sound like all the instruments are in one place right in your head. The bottom of the earpieces have a thicker pressure, which will make them not fit well for some. They were comfortable on my head though, I listened for about 7 hours and had no need to take them off. The controls are a bit unfortunate, you have to hold the button for 2 seconds to switch tracks. In real use it is really long. Where they excel is in noise suppression. The passive isolation itself is excellent and active suppression can be left at a lower level to reduce audible noise. This particular implementation of ANC by Anker is without exaggeration one of the best. Even if Sony's top models are better, Anker can match that, which is respectable at this price point, and if Anker continues to improve, it will give other brands a proper run for their money in the future. I will point out, however, that they mainly block lower frequencies, and thus may cause an unpleasant feeling of pressure for some (this is very individual, I am not personally sensitive to this, so I have not had a problem). I was surprised how it handles the wind, I found it quite usable even in very strong winds. Finally, I would praise not only the battery life, but also the stability of the connection. It connects to the iPhone as soon as you turn it on, the sound doesn't drop out or skip (Sony suffers from this a lot in my experience), and the signal range is impressive. When I was testing when the signal would start to drop, I had to not only walk out of the house, but go straight to the other side of the street.
Excellent passive and active noise cancellation
Relatively comfortable
Great stamina
Signal stability and range
If the sound was better, it would be a blast.
Uneven grip on the earpieces
The cushion on the bridge is too soft
Slow song switching
The protective case is very large
