If it's your first Echo, it's tedious to set up, especially if you also want Spotify or other services that require you to change your Amazon account settings so the address isn't Czech. However, you only need to do it once, then it's fine.
Option to connect an external speaker via a classic audio jack
It works with almost any "smart" device (air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, wifi sockets. )
Useful applications (skills) e.g. white noise for putting babies to sleep
Possibility to listen to Czech radios
Routines (automatic actions like "turn on the light in the room when the sun goes down")
Multiple devices can synchronise with each other to listen to music throughout the apartment.
Ultrasonic room occupancy detection works rather than doesn't work
Lots of unnecessary applications (skills) that can be difficult to navigate
