They don't have a native remote camera shutter for Android, the solution is only through a third party app which is paid (on mobile - it's free on watch) and doesn't even have a live preview.
When I stop while hiking, perhaps for a snack or a photo shoot, the watch asks me after a while if I want to continue, and until I say yes, it doesn't! So if I don't notice it right away, I'm missing a chunk of the route.
