Considering there was a 30% discount on the mount at the time, I got it for a really good price. On top of that, it arrived a day late, so I got another hundred quid off :-D. For that money, it's an absolutely top offer, so the few missing bits and bobs in the packaging don't even matter. I would definitely buy this mount again. We've got a 42" TV on it and you can clearly see it's no strain for the mount at all.

I bought an open-box item and was disappointed that the spirit level (it's just easier to work with the small one), the washer and the Allen key were missing. Nothing that couldn't be sorted, but I expected someone to check this :-(. However, it all turned out well and basically I only had to replace the washer, which cost next to nothing.
