I wanted a footstool under the table so I could put it on and stretch it from time to time. This pad is enough for that. It is made of cheap light sheet metal, but it is enough for your feet. The pad is covered with a non-slip surface, I have it for a short time and so far it holds well. The height can be adjusted using a primitive hinge.
I got what I expected here and I' m satisfied.

Cheap metal, the grips of the base itself that hold it in the column are thin and probably can't take much force
The targets are zinc
The legs are practically on a metal plate with 5mm carpet glued to it
The sculptures between the legs and the floor will probably protect the floor a bit, but they slide, so the whole thing is pretty slippery
Deep enough for my needs, you need about 50cm of space under the table for comfortable use
