The turbine effect and small holes definitely increase the speed of the available water flowing through - yes it is not a "pressure increase", that is what the so called "pressure increase" is for. A domestic water plant costing X thousand and subject to permitting by the water supplier. However, water leaving the head at a higher speed will penetrate deeper into the hair and skin folds - subjectively, there is definitely a greater feeling of pressure and it is easier to wash out shampoo, etc.

I was skeptical about this head from the beginning, but a friend requested it to try it. After installation, we found that the head was leaking. It certainly doesn't do what it declares it should do, which is to increase pressure through the propeller. It's basically a scam on the customer.

It has fulfilled its purpose, it works. However, after a few months it started leaking, the plastic cracked along its volume. I recommend not to tighten the cap too much, but it will leak easily after a weak tightening. The materials is of poor quality see photo (failed piece). Where water pressure is low, it works great.
