Maybe I just had a defective piece, either way my experience has been disastrous. The very first time I turned it on, the fan sounded really LOUD, even my partner from the next room came to ask what the noise was and if everything was OK. I hadn't even finished the initial setup of Windows after the first time I turned it on, and the laptop was already so overheated that I could have just cooked dinner on it.
