I claimed it from Alza ( I missed the 14 day deadline - I first blamed my PC wrongly)- reason: inadequate display quality in this price range. claim accepted - rejected after one month. The technician apparently turned it on - looked at it - it worked - turned it off and threw it in the corner where it had been lying for a month. because it came back with my personal settings that I left there before the complaint. sad experience with Alza. however - from Samsung only hopefully a phone - otherwise this brand is over for me. not the monitor. a piece of shit.

when using multiple displays and this one is not set as primary, it repeatedly pops up telling you to press the Power button if you don't want it to turn off
