Monitor only guarantees 144hz
165hz is NOT guaranteed, it is written on the manufacturer's website. You have to overclock the monitor yourself in the settings, and it will tell you that it may not work properly and they don't guarantee that it will work.
165hz depends on the HW specifications of the machine
with RTX 3060 and Ryzen 7 when you click on 165hz the screen goes black and over, switches back
The colours have bad transitions, e.g. the windows 11 logo shows the different colour gradients.
