I didn't have a problem getting it to work on Win10 and Win11. On the laptop via USBC everything works as it should. I connected the PC via the HDMI/HDMI mini cable that was included and USBC for power and touch. It works for me without any problem - Windows sometimes has a problem to recognize which display is actually touch, but it is set within 10s. I didn't have any problem as someone writes here on PC. PC does not need to support video over USBC.
