I got it for my Samsung S24 ultra. Through one usb-c it can work as a picture so it is powered directly from the mobile, so you do not need additional power at all as long as the mobile has enough charge. The second usb-c can be powered from a power bank then it starts charging the mobile. The Samsung jumps straight to DEX so it is more or less a 14" laptop.
