Vitamin B12 in Lozenge Form
This special lozenge form, with minimal bulking additives and zero artificial sweeteners, guarantees maximum bioavailability by being absorbed through the mucous membrane in the oral cavity. It contains Vitamin B12 in the forms of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, and folic acid in the form of Quatrefolic®5-MTHF – methylfolate.

Active Ingredients
- Vitamin B12 is used to support energy metabolism and mental well-being. High doses are recommended for all individuals undergoing significant physical or mental stress.
- Methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin are bioactive forms of vitamin B12 that are very easily absorbed by the body. When used in the high doses found in the Puhdistamo supplement, their effect is similar to that of an injected vitamin. Any excess vitamin B12 is easily excreted in the urine.
- Folate (folic acid, vitamin B9) – in the form of QuatrefolicTM 5-MTHF methylfolate – is a form of folic acid with excellent bioavailability. Its properties are related to fertility, the reproductive system, foetal development and other areas.

Recommended Dosage
